How To Make Durian Cake Mini Pukis









 Ingredients :

        50 grams of low-protein flour
        85 ml of water
        6 grams of instant yeast
        4 eggs
        200 grams of granulated sugar
        250 grams of low-protein flour
        200 ml coconut milk from half coconut
        150 grams of durian flesh , mashed
        1 tablespoon margarine , melted
        1/2 teaspoon salt
        1/2 teaspoon baking powder
        100 grams of chocolate meises

    How to make :

1.     Prickly , mix flour , water , and yeast . Stir well and let stand 10 minutes .
2.     Beat eggs and sugar until thick and sugar is dissolved 5 minutes . Add                       
            culprit . Beat well .
3.     Enter the flour mixture alternately with coconut milk and durian while
            shaken gently .
4.     Enter the margarine and salt . Stir well . Let stand 60 minutes to 2 times
            expands . Add baking powder . Stir well .
5.     Heat the mold pukis mini and spread thinly with margarine .
6.     Pour batter . Cover and let half-baked . Meises sow . Cover again and
            let it mature .
           ( For  48  pieces )
